Please note:
Working hours for this position are: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM (day shift) or 4.00 PM - 12.00 AM (evening shift).
An ideal candidate meets following requirements:
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, enabling fluent every day business communication in a professional and friendly manner with native British and American clients. Please do not apply if you feel that your language skills might be insufficient for this position.
• At least 2 years of professional experience on a position associated with B2B sales. Proven track record of creating, nurturing, closing and managing multiple deals.
• Good knowledge of effective sales techniques, negotiation, lead management and deal closing as well as good understanding of sales related issues such as: sales planning, building strong relationships with clients, managing sales processes.
• Ability to identify and strive for ambitious goals together with the sales team as well as being able to focus on increasing sales levels on individual markets and achieving measurable results
• Highly driven, well organised, with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Flexible and willing to travel and present to prospective clients in person once every few weeks
• Holds university/college degree and has a valid driving licence
• Is based in Szczecin, Poland or willing to relocate here
• Good knowledge of another foreign language (other than Polish and English) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Development of the company sales through outstanding customer service and communication with qualified leads
• As part of the Sales Team, your role is to bring in new business across international markets. You will be expected to consistently hit revenue targets by selling Freedomes products and services to new and existing accounts. You should have a strong consultative sales approach, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the sales cycle.
• Nurturing relation with existing leads and clients in a long-term perspective and always be in the know when the client is ready to make the purchase
• Taking part in project-groups to help develop new internal tools and procedures as well as new product lines and accessories

Day shift: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Evening shift: 4.00 PM - 12.00 AM
